Standard Chartered Bank has invested a lot in their dining proposition, and customers love the value it provides. And the results show. Their marketing campaigns, together with the Bank’s brand campaign ‘Here for good’and ‘Liverpool FC T-Shirt’ sponsorship, have greatly improved brand awareness, Net Promoter Score and credit card utilization.
In 2011, it will continue to listen to customers and delight them with innovations and great offers. They are launching a distinctive name for their dining proposition and a new name for its Total Relationship Rewards programme.
Since taking on Marketing in 2008, Stuart Kamp, Regional Head of Marketing, Consumer Banking, S’pore & SEA, has delivered multiple high-profile Standard Chartered campaigns in Singapore such as 15% Dining CashBack, Pay-Any-Card, Preferred Banking, and GSS and Christmas campaigns with guaranteed gifts. He was in charge of developing the privilege and alliance programme, which now offers over 800 dining deals.
