Manulife Singapore has appointed XM Asia Pacific to provide user experience expertise service for Manutouch, their extranet sales and service system. XM Asia Pacific is working with Manulife to enhance the user experience and improve ease of use of this online system, empowering financial planners and distributors to manage client investments more effectively and deepen the client/advisor relationship.
