Robert Ray, Toby Roberts and Guy Cousins will manage the new unit responsible for Unilever’s global communications planning. Ray takes on the role of Managing Director, with both Roberts and Cousins named Global Head of Strategy for their respective categories. Roberts will be responsible for all brands in the Foods, Refreshments and Home Care categories, while Cousins will oversee Personal Care. All three will work closely with Mark Holden, worldwide Strategy and Planning Director in the day-to-day development of global strategies.
All three will be based in a new office in the London headquarters of PHD. Ray and Roberts start immediately, with Cousins starting in February.
