Sulwhasoo Singapore’s Mobile-optimized Facebook App – 70% higher Mobile Installations compared to Desktop

Its campaign featured a Facebook Sampling Application of a free giveaway of Sulwhasoo’s Snowise EX Whitening Serum upon registration, available on both Facebook’s desktop and mobile platforms. The 3-week campaign ended in end March with a total of 1,779 mobile App installations (70% higher than its desktop App installed users!).
Sulwhasoo’s < Snowise EX Sample Giveaway> was a Sampling Application powered by ihub Media, developed under a week. Sulwhasoo Singapore Facebook Fans were encouraged to register their details using the Facebook Application and receive a confirmation email for their sample collection.
The campaign focused on Sulwhasoo Singapore’s new range, Snowise EX, particularly, Snowise EX Whitening Serum – the world’s first ‘heat-treating’ skincare product. Specially formulated to control light and heat, Snowise EX Whitening Serum helps reduce skin’s temperature for radiant three-dimensional whitening from deep within the skin.
Results: A total of 3,224 monthly active users and 2,804 installations were made. The Facebook Application was also mentioned in fashion and lifestyle blogs, further creating virality for the campaign.
