Moove Media Pte Ltd, the outdoor advertising arm of ComfortDelGro, has launched its latest technological novelty – electroluminescent light technology on taxi doors – for client Citibank’s “Rewards Card and Citibank Globeshopper” advertising campaign.
These electroluminescent light panels, which have been die-cut and overlaid with stickers, to form the plane, globe as well as icons that appear as part of Citibank’s advertisement on about 100 ComfortDelGro taxis “glow” once the engine is turned on. As electroluminescent light panels consume less power, they illuminate clearly at night without being too glaring and distracting to other motorists.

Citibank is the first global bank in Singapore to use the electroluminescent light technology on its out-of-home advertisements. The campaign will end in October 2013.
