Industry pundits and observers were kept in the dark for almost half a year, but the news is finally out that Singtel has awarded its creative and digital account to O&M. The agency came out tops in a pitch shortlist, which included JWT, TBWA and Leo Burnett.
O&M has created big waves this year. It retained its Network of The Year title at Cannes, topped the EFFIE index for the second year and dominated the DMA Echo awards, just to name a few accolades.
