Asia Insight names General Manager to head its China HQ
Asia Insight, a leading market research firm in Asia, has announced its new General Manager, Ms Rebecca Chan, to head its China office in Shanghai. Rebecca replaces Ms Elodie Huang, who was in charge of Asia Insight, China previously.
In August, Rebecca moved back to Shanghai from Singapore, to lead a team of consultants to further establish Asia Insight in the China market since it started in 2008. With good knowledge of Asian markets and cultures, her focus was on driving growth opportunities and initiatives for the business, and guiding the overall marketing strategic direction, working closely with other Asian offices.
Not new to China, Rebecca had previously spent a few years in Asia Insight, China, where she was based, to further capitalize on her knowledge of the Chinese markets and help clients strengthen their foothold in this dynamic country. Her extensive research experience has brought her all over China, from major cities in the first-tier segment, to townships in the lower-tier cities.
